A Falling Away Is Prophesied

Bill Rowe - 05/25/2008
(David's notes in red)

I had a dream about what appeared to be David's children but they were not David's children. (This will represent below a portion of the spiritual children of UBM's larger online/broadcast assembly who are in danger of falling away. This will be true of all Christian groups but it will be far greater among those who are apostate in their teachings.) In the dream there were four girls and one boy. (Representing corporate bodies of people.) Of the girls, the two oldest were in their late teens or early 20s. (Representing the immature adult groups.) The boy was about 12. (More immature in the faith.) The two younger girls, one was about 10 and the other about seven. (The most immature.) The dream takes place in the living room of your house.

The first scene is where the 10-year-old girl is talking to the seven-year-old girl. The 10-year-old was telling the seven-year-old what would happen if the seven-year-old continues to follow your teaching. The 10-year-old claimed that when the seven-year-old grows up she would have to get married and have children. (Continuing to receive the seed of the Word and bear the fruit of Christ.) The 10-year-old was telling the seven-year-old in such a way to influence and convince the seven-year-old that following your teaching is a bad thing. I felt sorrow for the seven-year-old thinking that the 10-year-old was actually able to influence her. (We are being warned that Satan will attempt to use immature Christians among us to deceive the youngest into not continuing with the Word to bear the fruit of Christ. In this way they will prove to not be my spiritual children.)

I then began to talk to the boy. I felt in my spirit that the boy was reluctantly following your teaching and was very vulnerable to being influenced by his sisters. I told the boy that if he did not follow your teaching, then he would not take part in the "glory" that was soon to come. (Those who are influenced by the multitudes instead of the Word will not manifest the glory of God.)

The two older girls were devising a plan on how they were going to leave the house -- as in leave and not come back. They devised a plan where one of the older girls would go into her room and call out for you. As you went into the room to see what your daughter needed, the other one was going to slip out the door. They did that and I saw you go into your daughter's room as the other one ran out the door. I was there and saw it happen and was concerned and my intention was to tell you what was up. I then woke up. (While trying to help some who are not being honest with God, others even more immature will slip away.)

A falling away and separation is prophesied in the Word for these days. Let's pray and do spiritual warfare for those around us. A trial is coming to us all and some will not endure to be counted worthy. Let's ask the Lord to show us all of Satan's devices and put a hedge of protection about the brethren. {Mt.26:41} Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

{2 Thes.2:3} let no man beguile you in any wise: for [it will not be,] except the falling away come first, and the man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.

{Jude 1:3} Beloved, while I was giving all diligence to write unto you of our common salvation, I was constrained to write unto you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered unto the saints. {1:4} For there are certain men crept in privily, [even] they who were of old written of beforehand unto this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ. {1:5} Now I desire to put you in remembrance, though ye know all things once for all, that the Lord, having saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.

{Heb.3:12} Take heed, brethren, lest haply there shall be in any one of you an evil heart of unbelief, in falling away from the living God: {13} but exhort one another day by day, so long as it is called To-day; lest any one of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin: {14} for we are become partakers of Christ, if we hold fast the beginning of our confidence firm unto the end: {15} while it is said, Today if ye shall hear his voice, Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation. {16} For who, when they heard, did provoke? nay, did not all they that came out of Egypt by Moses? {17} And with whom was he displeased forty years? was it not with them that sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness? {18} And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that were disobedient? {19} And we see that they were not able to enter in because of unbelief.

It is inevitable that the more trials increase the more some will fall away. In Israel's wilderness these were replaced by many newborn believers. It will be in effect the survival of the fittest. Walk by faith in the true Word, saints.
