Car Overheating Fixed

Brad & Amy Moyers - 01/24/2010

Email from Kevin R.:

Brad and Amy just left for their Ohio trip a little while ago. Brad called me and told me that their engine light came on, which has never happened before; the engine-heat indicator started to rise. He laid hands on the car and commanded it to be restored/healed in the name of Jesus and the heat indicator went down a little, but was still high; he asked me to write an email for a prayer of agreement on this.

Testimony from Brad Moyers:

Hi, everyone. Thank you so much for all of your prayers. Our car kept a normal temp the whole way to Ohio, although the check engine light remained on. Dave suggested checking the engine coolant, which I did, but it was full. When we got into town, I went to Auto Zone for the free diagnostic and it indicated the oxygen sensor was bad. The employee asked if the car was running rough and guzzling gas. I told him the light just came on and that the car was running just as well as the day we bought it. He was very surprised and said that if the sensor was bad the car should be running poorly. That was a confirmation of answered prayers. We praised God for that. Then he asked if I'd like to go in and look up the price of the part. I knew I wasn't going to buy it but said, "Sure". He guessed it was going to cost $40-$60 and was shocked that it was $96+ tax. I told him I was going to hold off on buying it because the car was fine. Then, shortly after we left, the check engine light went off. I don't know how long it had been off when I noticed it. I exclaimed, "The light's off!" Amy got all excited and we started praising God. The car is, will be and always was fine.
