Exciting Life of Faith - UBM [David Eells]

We came out of the apostate church about five years ago. We spent the first three years studying on our own and going through the Bible, and learning as much as we could. About two years ago we found America's Last Days and started going through all the teachings. We finally joined the Paltalk group when you had started doing the series on "The Real Good News". Listening to the testimonies of the brothers has been a real blessing, and has increased our faith tremendously. Our eyes have really been opened to what living by faith is, and how to do it.

For example, we have a 1998 Ford Windstar with 260,000 miles on it. When we learned that we could pray for our cars we started laying our hands on it and praying fixes it every time it starts to have a problem. All our friends think we are crazy, but our van is running great, and we know the Lord will continue to keep it on the road for as long as we need it.

Another thing that happened is that when we started working on the UBM videos our brand new DVD burner stopped working completely. We asked for prayer during the UBM broadcast and the next day the DVD burner started working again. We learned that the Lord heals more than people.

Then Emily, who had been helping me put the background videos together, woke up one morning with her right hand and wrist hurting so much that she couldn't use her hand. We prayed for her and her hand and arm turned purple. In the weakness of our flesh, we took her to the doctor. The doctor told her that her wrist had been sprained, and that she would have pain for the next few weeks and that she couldn't use her hand. Emily did not accept that bad report, and refused to take the medication. We prayed for her again, anointing her hand with oil and three days later her hand was completely healed.

Then the son of a couple, who are brethren in Christ, fell and broke both of his wrists and had fractures in both of his hands. We had been traveling together when this happened. The people at the emergency room took x-rays and confirmed the broken bones. They bound his hands and he was supposed to go to the doctor when he got home to put casts on them. However, his mom also refused to receive the bad report and we asked him if it was ok to pray for him (he is 17 and just became a believer) and he yes. We agreed together and his pain was gone. He then went to the doctor when he got home and found out that even though the fractures were still visible on the x-rays they were healing on their own. Since he had NO pain and could use both of his hands perfectly, they couldn't justify putting a casts on him. The nurse and doctors were amazed and they had never seen anything like that before, and his mother replied, "My Lord Jesus has healed him".

The Lord has us walking on a journey through the wilderness that is going to get even more interesting now that we are doing His will by moving to Brazil. The teachings on "The Real Good News" have really taught us to walk in faith, and it came at the perfect time to strengthen our faith. PRAISE THE LORD!!!

We have many more miracles that happened, but it would take too long to tell them all here.
